Feliz año nuevo, Laura I wanted to write to you before the end of the year. With the holidays and family commitments, I''m sure you understand. As stated by my sister, we did have a wonderful trip, plus very minimal stress, thanks to you and Latin Discover.

I have already recommended your website to new friends from our trip. The tour guides and staff at most of the hotels were very helpful and professional. I especially give high marks to the young and eager tour guides in peru.

The Skorpio expedition was excellent. The staff was very helpful, courteous and made the entire trip exciting and fun. The hotel at Puerto Montt was in a beautiful location, the staff was quite accommodating.

Thank you for all your help and guidance to a wonderful and memorable trip. You will probably hear from us again the next time we head south. Kind regards, Esperanza.

Laura,

I want you to know that everything went very well. The tour guides that assisted us through our trip both in Peru and Chile were very professional. Our trip became stress free knowing that when we arrived at a destination, someone was there to transport us to our hotel. The hotels were all quite comfortable and met our needs. The only hotel we were not thoroughly satisfied with was with Hotel Posada del Inca Yucay. The staff there was not very friendly and the restaurant was a bit overpriced. I guess they don''t have to try very hard since there were no other restaurants to choose from in such a small town.

The town was charming and we were glad to have been there, just that this one hotel did not match the hospitality we experience everywhere else. Thank you so much for such a wonderful service. I would not hesitate to recommend Latin Discover to friends and family and when we plan another trip to South America, most certainly will consider you.

Sincerely, Luz

LatinDiscover exceeded my expectations for travel to Chile. Once the one travel package was selected, they were extremely helpful with all the details, offered extra valuable services for other parts of the trip and every detail went well. They were always accessible and even gave us emergency numbers and a website for during the actual trip. I would use them for any future travel to the areas they cover. An excellent experience!

Laura I have been meaning to email and thank you for everything. All the trip went very well and we were very happy with all your arrangements and very impressed with your service. We will definitely use your services again when travelling in your areas. The only thing I thought I would mention was the process to choose the cabins on the boat. The singles turned out to be in the bottom of the boat without portals. We were able to change them because there was lots of room so they moved up to the same deck we were on.

We had a lovely cabin!! I have a feeling I should have picked up on the location of the cabins before but I didn't so others might miss it too! Anyway, that was small in the overall scheme of things and we all want to thank you vey much. If you ever need someone for a reference I'd be happy to do that!! Thanks again, Barbara

Overall, I was extremely pleased with the Latindiscover experience. All my contact was via the web and email and the result was a wonderful trip. Services provided were excellent, although there was occasionally a delay in getting back to me with promised information.

Ms. Montero, Just want to let you know that the trip to Chile was just as you had promised. All travel and hotel arrangements worked as planned, or if not, were corrected immediately by personnel of your Chile partner in the south or their rep. in Santiago. We had fabulous weather for the Skorpios cruise--not one day of rain. If we make another trip to Chile or other South American country, will be eager to deal with Latin Discover. Thanks.
