I received a credit to my credit card from Sansa last Friday. Thank you for your help with this.
My experience with Sansa was that I had to buy new tickets, the flight to Tamarindo was a hour late and the return flight was over two hours late.
Renting the car from Adobe went smoothly and without incident.
Latin Discover did everything they said they would. When there was a billing problem with Sansa you, Mauricio, stepped forward and handled it promptly and effeciently. I would be happy to do business with you again.

Laura, My husband and I are home resting after a marvelous trip to Argentina and Uruguay. Everything went well, no hitches. We enjoyed all of the excursions, except the Estancia "La Bonita" . The trip to Iguazu Falls was fantastic. We had a wonderful and exciting time in the park. Our young, beautiful guide was terrific. We enjoyed the tango show immensely.

Mauricio, We got back to London yesterday and both of us would like to thank you for a truly well organized and well selected programme. In every place, reps and guides were waiting and always friendly and professional. The hotels were very good, especially the Sol and Luna which is in a beautiful surrounding and well looked after. The food was good everywhere and our experiences very rich The only hitch came in Puno. It wasn’t a massive problem but I thought I just mention it to you for your records. No one was waiting for us at the airport in Juliaca and after some commotion a guy with a largish van said he will drive us to the hotel in Puno. Mauricio. Everything was phenomenal. You have a precious country! With ADOBE everything was well. Only a couple of small comments: we thought that the car that we rented (Terios) had luggage compartment with more capacity and the truth is that we had serious problems to put all our luggage in the car (suitcases, baby stroller, cradle, when traveling with 2 small baby girls we had many things) the security seats for children they have in ADOBE fit well for kids older than 2 years. We reserved 2, one for our daughter of 2 years and another one for the one of 4 years. We decided to bring the baby seat for our 4 yr old daughter for fear that they were not adapted for her age, but she could have used it perfectly like our other daughter did. As you see, they are simple comments for information, the service was perfect and we appreciate all of your collaboration. Thank you very much and until the next one, Maria A.

It all worked out fine.
The only thing, which may have been our own fault when choosing the car, was that it turned out to be a bit small for the three of us. We had two large suitcases plus two bags...which we finally managed to squeeze in. Otherwise, it was all ok. Thank you for contacting and asking.

Laura: Our trip was unbelievable! The Sea Cloud and crew were excellent. Our Galapagos experience was one that we will never forget. I was very impressed with the service that Latin Discover offers. I took printouts of all e-mails, confirmations, etc. in case we ran into any problems. It was an unneccessary precaution - everything went as planned! Mauricio, Thank you for following up. All went well with the car rental: staff at Adobe was at the airport upon our arrival, they were very friendly and all went smooth. They did have a different rate though, then the one mentioned on your email. It took some explaining and upon my return I saw that again a new amount was charged to my account. I will talk to the credit card company about it. I may contact you again, should I have issues with it. I must say though that we were stuck days in San Jose because of Hurricane Wilma (and we actually enjoyed it) . We stayed at the Garden Court hotel, right outside of the airport. You should recommend that hotel. Great Value! Have a nice day! Mauricio. We had a great trip and the arrangements worked out well. My only query was that the Buena Vista charged us for the transfer back to the airport for the flight to Arenal as it was the other airport. I would have been happy paying the difference in distance but was not very happy paying for the entire trip.
Other than that, the Arenal Lodge exceeded our expectations and we did upgrade to a room with a view which was spectacular. We enjoyed a lot of activities while we were there and we were happy we stayed up in the Lodge rather than down in the town. We are keen to go back and are considering investing there as well, so I will be in touch for more assistance when we do go back. Thanks once again. Rgds-Pip.
