Laura, Well, we are back, and had a wonderful time! Everything went without a single problem! We were met everywhere we went, and everything happened in a timely manner and was what we expected.

The boat, Archipel, is wonderful and quite comfortable and spacious. It was very easy for my mom to manage, and the crew went out of their way to make her safe and comfortable. We saw all the things we hadn't seen before; hawks and penguins, manta rays and eagle rays and white-tipped sharks. The diving worked out great, and was very easy on this boat. They coordinated it very well, and even with the diving, we really didn't miss much of anything.

We did the horseback riding in Isabella, and also did riding on that last day on Santa Cruz, and it was so fun! We rode past dozens of tortoises in the wild! Casa de Marita was relaxed and beautiful, and everything was very well arranged. Our time with Maria and Luis at Hotel Fernandina was like a reunion. They are upgrading their hotel, adding new rooms on a second floor, and getting ready to redo all their original rooms. They made us feel so welcome.

All of our guides were good, but we had a young woman named Josie on Santa Cruz for the two days there who was outstanding! So knowledgeable and attentive for a 21 year old person! If you ever have the chance to ask for her specifically, do so! Thank you, Laura, for all your work in making these plans. Between you and Galacruises, things went perfectly! We finally did have the trip of a lifetime! Now, where shall we go next??

Mauricio, Gary located your website by using google as a search engine. He had checked a local travel agent to book an all inclusive trip as we do every year, but after researching the internet, found the open voucher and decided to try this.

Mauricio, we had a wondeful trip to Costa Rica & I would have no hesitation in recommending your country to friends as well as your services. I would also like to say that all the organisation was very good - right from the time we arrived at San Jose airport. Interbus was there to collect us & at the hotel we received a fax from Mawamba giving us pick up details.

They were also very good at ensuring that the car was there when they dropped us off to collect it. All the hotels were very good & your recommendations were great. The service was good & people very friendly. The roads perhaps weren't great but that is all part of the experience - don't improve them!!! My only suggestion might be that at Arenal a hotel on the National Park side would possibly give a better view of the volcano & all its activities but that is not to detract from Arenal Paraiso which we thoroughly enjoyed especially as they have their own hot springs - which means you don't have to go to the crowded ones.

All in all a very good trip .The organisation certainly helped & it made it much easier as all the instructions were easy to follow so no "panic" calls had to be made. It was also useful to know there was a point of contact should there have been any problems - which thankfully there weren't. Mauricio, Many thanks for your email. The Grano de Oro was great on each occasion, the Britannia good with helpful staff. Si Como No was fine when we had a better situated bedroom and the swimming in the sea at Manuel Antonio as fabulous.

We liked that area a lot. We had an excellent to Tortuguero, but for some rain. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday with 4 really good days in Houston at the end. We're very grateful to you for your excellent itinerary, hire of the vehicle and general arrangements.

Mauricio, We had a good time in San Pedro. Banana Beach Resort was nice, spacious and clean. We both loved very casual atmosphere in the hotel and in town as well. We had breakfast included as well and it was excellent (every day something different, and if one couldn't eat breakfast it could be exchanged for a drink at the bar). Even weather improved after second day and stayed very nice until the last day, so we were very lucky.

Janusz did some diving, I did snorkeling on a reef. Thanks for arranging everything, we were met in Belize City by your representative and transfers were handled very well, so you have a satisfied customer. Keep in touch, Gabriela
