The tour operator was very good - all pick-ups and drop-offs were on time as scheduled and the tour guides were very professional and friendly. The tour of Iguazu Falls was fantastic.

It was a very good trip, all the tour guides are very good and punctual. The tour guide Pablo at San Pedro De Atacama was outstanding, he is great!

I want to thank you for all your help in orginizing our trip. It was only wonderfull.The Delfin cruise was amazing.The guides were really very experienced and nice people. We especially like Rosa in Colca Canyon..She was really the best guide of our tour...

Thank you so much for setting up such a great trip. Your staff was incredible--everyone was on time, professional and so helpful. The hotels were all great, the tours were great, the staff was great. I can''''t compliment you enough....this really was THE trip of a lifetime.
As Becky (my travel agent) told you......going to Machu Picchu has been a lifelong dream of my Moms....and this trip was a birthday/retirement present for her. My mom has bad feet and has problems walking for long periods of time....your guide for Machu Picchu spend at least two extra hours taking us through the grounds and explaining everything to her--allowing us to stop and rest (more than usual) and this really was special for my mom.
So I just want to thank you again for everything. Please let me know when you''''ll be in San Diego to visit your sister--I would love to thank you in person.

They have had 3 beds in the other hotels, all is good. Just the one was an issue ... out of our control.

Steve and I are at the Cuzco airport now going to Lima then on to Iquitos. The trip was well organised and we enjoyed it very much. We hiked all the way up to Machu Picchu!! Thank you again for all your help.

Hello Mauricio,
We both made it home fine. I arrived to cold rainy weather and have to say it was a bit shocking. Both Mike and I were really impressed with the service we got on our trip. Despite our late start with the cancelled flight with the help of everyone we got back on schedule and with little additional expense.
The hotels were great and the tours were wonderful. In particular our private tour of Cusco on our last day was amazing. You guys always seemed to know where we were and we did not have one moment where we had to wonder what was next or where the company rep was.
Thank you so much for everything. We will definately recommend you to anyone who is thinking of heading that way.

I had a wonderful time. The error on the flights to Iquitos and back made us very nervous, but the agent who met us at Lima did a wonderful job of finding a way for us to meet the boat, and the people on Aqua were quick to apologize for our inconvenience.
The boat was wonderful, all the accommodations were "over the top" quality, and the guides were there when we needed them and very helpful.
